Itav Service
The company became operational in January 2022, with the main aim being the building, design, construction, renovation, restoration and maintenance both for the company itself and on behalf of third parties, encompassing the design, installation, conversion, extension and maintenance of water, plumbing, sanitary, electrical, electromechanical, electronic, heating, air-conditioning, fire protection, waterworks, sewerage, defence and hydraulic installations and carpentry.
Motel Vespucci
The Motel Vespucci is a new accommodation facility located in the business centre of the Interporto Toscano Amerigo Vespucci. Just 5 minutes from Livorno and a little over 20 minutes from Pisa Airport, it is an excellent choice for professionals, passing tourists and families waiting to embark at the Port or to enjoy a strategic stay to visit the Livorno coast or neighbouring cities. The rooms are set in a cosy and well-kept environment, where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Energy Services
We produce and distribute sustainable energy. The main objective behind our energy service is to cover the energy needs of the entire Interporto, which is configured as an Other Closed Distribution System within the meaning of European Directive 2009/72/EC as implemented by Legislative Decree 93/11, according to which Closed Distribution System operators are for all intents and purposes equated with distribution companies.
Certified Weighing
The weighing of shipping containers became mandatory with the entry into force of the new amendment to the SOLAS Convention of July 2016. To ensure the full continuity of the port’s operations and the maintenance of efficient and competitive conditions for containerised cargo traffic in the Port of Livorno, it was decided in agreement with the Livorno Port Authority to build a platform equipped for the certified weighing of containers within the Interporto.
Convention Centre
The main hall can accommodate events and conferences seating up to 128 guests. Within the service area and quickly accessed from the FI-PI-LI Ovest (Florence-Pisa-Livorno West) freeway junction, the Paoli Conference Room is located on the ground floor of the Colombo building. 5 parking areas service the hall.
Cold Village
Already at an advanced stage of realisation and partly operational, the project envisages the establishment of an important service centre for fresh and frozen goods, the largest in central Italy, strategically located in the dry port area of the Port of Livorno, a few kilometres from Pisa Airport and directly connected to the main arterial roads.
