Bar, Restaurant and... Norcineria
The Bar Ristoro I Contadini, inside the Interporto Toscano Amerigo Vespucci, has been run by Giuseppe “Bruno” Gastaldin since 2015.
There is even a Norcineria (or, traditional pork butchery) inside, where sausages, soppressata, fegatelli (traditional Tuscan liver dish), lardo, pancetta, and other cured products are processed, using only salt, pepper and various spices.
