Emergency Aid Station
The Collesalvetti Public Assistance headquartered in Collesalvetti is represented by President Stefano Gambino.
OPERATING HOURS: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12 noon.
Amenities
- MOBILE STATION located in the Interporto’s service/management area, with all equipment for outpatient operations and a small lounge area for the volunteers on duty
- Medical vehicle or ambulance with onboard defibrillator
- Emergency or first aid bag
- Small-scale equipment to handle emergency situations both at the First Aid Station and in the ambulance
First Aid in the Interporto
The First Aid Station is staffed by 2 volunteers, 1 responder and 1 ambulance driver to provide first aid in the Interport area whenever necessary, directly at the point of need to assess the event and, upon there being an injury or serious accident, providing first aid and activating the 118 emergency services to call for an ambulance.
Volunteers are also on hand for any interventions such as disinfecting small wounds, taking blood pressure and so on.
