Introduction

Interporto Toscano A. Vespucci SpA, company controlled by the Port System Authority of the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea, the Tuscany Region, the Municipality of Livorno, the Maremma and Tyrrhenian Chamber of Commerce, the Province of Livorno and the Municipality of Collesalvetti , by virtue of the effects of legislative decree no. 175-2016 and subsequent additions, is defined as a company under public control and therefore falls among the subjects indicated in the provisions of the D.Lgs n. 33/2013 “Riordino della disciplina riguardante il diritto di accesso civico e gli obblighi di pubblicità, trasparenza e diffusione di informazioni da parte delle pubbliche amministrazioni”.
