Interporto Toscano A. Vespucci S.p.A. is a company whose mission is to provide planning, design, infrastructure maintenance and logistics services within the areas it directly manages. The Management is committed to the continuous improvement of its Quality System, by constantly reminding the entire organisation of the importance of complying with all requirements applicable to the processes developed, the activities performed, as well as compliance with all applicable legal requirements.

01. Attention to customers and their requests

Measuring customer satisfaction with questionnaires and monitoring customer loyalty.

02. Quality of the service provided

Service Provision in line with customer expectations, constant attention to the quality of the suppliers used (especially for outsourced consultants) and the speed of executing maintenance/services requested by the customer.

03. Quality of the resources used

The competence and active involvement of its staff, constant focus on training personnel, plus the procurement of equipment such as PCs and SW that is always state-of-the-art in relation to the activities provided by the company.

04. Implementation of corporate policy objectives and, more generally, of the Corporate Management System

The effectiveness (attainment of concrete results) and efficiency (attainment of results with minimum costs) of its processes and of the Quality Management System in general, the effective management of any non-conformities encountered and the prevention of potential non-conformities through all activities performed.
